A great view from our class room at Pura Vida Retreat in Cost Rica. This is a week long workshop, this year Erik Dalton, PhD, and Tom Meyers will be presenting a detailed look at the body from a structural integration standpoint. I can't wait to help these guys out, we have a lot of fun and learn more than we can handle! And the food is AWESOME!
